Welcome to LinkedUp Counselling, a relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy service based in Hampshire, founded and run by Clare Lay.
Face-to-face appointments are available from a comfortable and discreet counselling room in Shirrell Heath, near Wickham and Bishop’s Waltham, SO32 2JN, with online counselling also available via Zoom.

Clare is a qualified Relationship Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist and has been counselling since 2017, initially training and working with Relate before establishing her private practice in 2021. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Relationship Counselling (CPCAB) and a Relate Professional Certificate in Psychosexual Therapy, and is a Registered Member of both BACP and COSRT.
LinkedUp Counselling supports individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of relationship and intimacy concerns, including communication difficulties, repeated arguments, affairs and loss of trust, sexual and intimacy difficulties, major life changes, neurodiversity, menopause, separation and recurring relationship patterns.
Psychosexual therapy is also available to individuals and couples experiencing psychological or physical difficulties relating to sex and intimacy.
If you would like to discuss whether counselling or psychosexual therapy may be right for you, a free 15-minute telephone consultation is available.
Sessions are 50 minutes, with fees from £65 to £75 depending on the type of appointment.
Relationship and psychosexual therapy can provide a confidential space to explore the issues affecting you or your relationship and consider the right way forward.
