LinkedUp Counselling offers relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples, with appointments available face-to-face, online via Zoom or by telephone.

Session Fees
All counselling sessions are 50 minutes.
Individual face-to-face counselling: £70
Couples face-to-face counselling: £75
Online counselling via Zoom: £70
Telephone counselling: £65

A £20 reduction is available when four sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

Face-to-Face Appointments
Face-to-face counselling takes place in a comfortable and discreet counselling room in Shirrell Heath, Hampshire SO32 2JN.
Free parking is available alongside the practice.

Online Counselling
Online counselling is available via Zoom, allowing you to attend sessions from home or another private location that suits you.

Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling is also available for individuals who would prefer to speak by phone.

Following your initial enquiry, Clare will contact you to discuss what you are looking for and the most appropriate next step.

If you decide to begin counselling, a working agreement covering confidentiality, emotional wellbeing, cancellations, holidays and data privacy will be provided before ongoing counselling begins.
