Welcome to LinkedUp Counselling, a relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy service based in Hampshire, where you can access face-to-face appointments at our own dedicated premises in Shedfield, Near Wickham SO32 2HQ or online from any location. This includes short term (approx 6 weeks) or longer term/ongoing therapy for deeper work, Single Session Therapy or simply relationship maintenance/check-ins.
Clare is a Relate trained Couples Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist and a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and Registered Member of COSRT (Accrediting body for sex therapists). Working with couples at times of crisis or addressing long term issues in their relationships and intimate lives. Clare can also offer Psychosexual Therapy to individuals and couples to address intimacy issues or manage the effects of a sexual dysfunction. One of the most common causes of a rupture in a satisfying sex life is lack of desire, and you will be listened to sensitively in a safe space. Following an initial assessment, we seek to find or restore balance.
